Rent through June 30, 2024 is $ 950 month. Two-mos min, six month maximum. Water, sewer & trash are billed monthly, currently at $100.00/mo. Electricity is billed separately. Effective July 1, 2024, rent is $1,025 month, water-sewer-trash $115.00 month.
Broadband is available directly with Comcast or AT&T. A nonrefundable background check fee of $35 required with application.
